Our Methodology

IDMatrix follows a structured recruitment methodology and screening process, which ensures a speedy turnaround with a high success rate.

Our consultants will work closely with the Clients to ensure they understand their organization ethos and work culture, specific job functions and reporting structure. This will give them clear understanding of the job description and the requisite skills with an aim to provide the most suitable fit.

Depending upon the requirements, we follow a proactive approach, involving various techniques including database search, personal recommendation, advertising, networking or executive search. IDMatrix has an extensive multi-discipline database of local and international candidates, with CV's received from all parts of the world on a daily basis.

After the preliminary search the prospective candidates are prescreened for the job requirements and short listed candidates are forwarded to the client. For positions, where suitable candidates are not available locally in the database, we advertise the vacancies in the national dailies and publish the requirements on company's website which is regularly visited by a large number of professionals globally. Our database also contains a very large number of executives presently working abroad and willing to relocate to India.

On client approval of CV's, the consultant will arrange an interview schedule; manage client-candidate coordination and post-selection reference checking.

This highly focused selection process requires minimal efforts by the client staff and a very high satisfaction level amongst the clients and the candidates.

Search Methodology

1. Understanding the client Organization

with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans

2. Mapping position specific competencies

including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details

3.Search target plan

Keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates

4. Industry/Company - Mapping

developing a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target

5. People Mapping

Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list

6. Evaluation

Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates.

7. Interviews

For the most appropriate candidates; we will prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final shortlist

8. Reference check

We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies
